Unisem, Chengdu is already a qualified assembly site for other Microsemi products. The package Bill of Material (BOM) for the two sites are listed in the table below. Product Identification: The second line of the product’s mark contains the manufacturing trace code “YYWWAZZ”, where YY = Year, WW = Work Week, A = Assembly Location Code and ZZ = Wafer Lot Sequence. The current product from ASEM is printed with an assembly location code of “M”. The assembly location code defined for Unisem, Chengdu will be “R”. Application Impact: There is no impact to the customers’ applications since there are no changes to form, fit, function, or product reliability as a result of the addition of this assembly site. Method of Identifying Changed Product: The assembly location is listed on the product package box and tape and reel labels.
