With no external components, it can be configured as a high performance difference amplifier (G=0.5 or 2), inverting amplifier (G=0.5 or 2) or non-inverting amplifier (G=1.5 or 3). The AD8273 operates on both single and dual supplies and only requires 2.5 mA maximum supply current for both amplifiers. It is specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and is fully RoHS compliant. Figure 1. AD8273 Dual Difference Amplifier Table 1. At approximately 130°C, which is the glass transition temperature, the plastic changes its properties. Even temporarily exceeding this temperature limit may change the stresses that the package exerts on the die, permanently shifting the parametric performance of the amplifiers. Exceeding a temperature of 130°C for an extended period can result in a loss of functionality. Stresses above those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. This is a stress rating only; functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions above those indicated in the operational section of this specification is not implied. Exposure to absolute maximum rating conditions may affect device reliability. ESD CAUTION ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive device. Electrostatic charges as high as 4000 V readily accumulate on the human body and test equipment and can discharge without detection. Although this product features proprietary ESD protection circuitry, permanent damage may occur on devices subjected to high energy electrostatic discharges. Therefore, proper ESD precautions are recommended to avoid performance degradation or loss of functionality. Rev.
