Solid State Lighting Mid-Power and High-Power LEDs Ambient Light Sensors Your Imagination, Our Innovation Sense • Illuminate • Connect Solid-State Lighting High-Power LEDs 1 Watt and 3 Watt Mini High-Power LEDs Description The Mini High-Power LED family features a small scale package and comes with an isolated heat sink (for InGaN colors), which enables designs with multiple LEDs on a common heat sink without additional electrical isolation. A built-in Zener Diode enables a high ESD threshold of 16KV, thus it can be assembled in a non ESD safe environment.
