AP7335A 300mA, LOW QUIESCENT CURRENT, FAST TRANSIENT LOW DROPOUT LINEAR REGULATOR Description Pin Assignments (Top View) The AP7335A is a 300mA, fixed output voltage, low-dropout linear regulator with ±1% output voltage accuracy. The device includes pass element, error amplifier, band-gap, current limit and thermal shutdown circuitry. The device is turned on when EN pin is set to logic high level. IN 1 (Top View) 5 OUT GND 2 The characteristics of low-dropout voltage and low-quiescent current make it suitable for low-power applications, for example, battery powered devices. The typical quiescent current is 35μA. Built-in, current-limit and thermal-shutdown functions prevent IC from damage in fault conditions. EN 3 4 NC SOT25 (Fixed Output) EN 1 6 NC GND 2 5 NC IN 3 4 OUT U-DFN2020-6 (Fixed Output) This device is only available as a 3.3V fixed version now.
