Description The Melexis MLX90290 is a Second Generation linear Hall-effect sensor designed in mixed signal CMOS technology. The device integrates a voltage regulator, Hall sensor with advanced offset cancellation system, and an analog output driver, in a single package. The Output voltage is proportional to the applied magnetic field and to the chip supply voltage (ratiometric). Multiple sensitivity codes & magnet compensation options exist. REVISION 003 – 23 APR 2020 3901090290 The Output Offset Level (Quiescent Level) at zero magnetic field is 50% of the chip supply voltage.
