SGM2200 High Voltage Regulators GENERAL DESCRIPTION FEATURES The SGM2200 series is a set of low power high voltage  Low Power Consumption regulators implemented in CMOS technology. These  Low Dropout Voltage devices allow input voltages as high as 26.4V. The  Low Temperature Coefficient SGM2200 series is available in several fixed and  High Input Voltage (up to 26.4V) adjustable output voltages. CMOS technology ensures  Output Voltage Tolerance: ±3% low dropout voltage and low quiescent current.  Fixed Outputs of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, Although designed primarily as fixed voltage regulators,  Adjustable Output Voltages these devices can be used with external components to  -40℃ to +85℃ Operating Temperature Range obtain variable voltages and currents.  Available in Green SOT-89-3, SOT-23, TSOT-23-5 3.6V, 4.4V and 5.0V and SC70-5 Packages The SGM2200 series is available in Green SOT-89-3, SOT-23, TSOT-23-5 and SC70-5 packages.
