Designed for industrial application where low voltages are required from main. Step down converter performs a typ 4.0 W power conversion. The output voltages and current level are set up by design in accordance with customer requirements. These packages have a Lead-free second level interconnect . The category of second level interconnect is marked on the package and on the inner box label, in compliance with JEDEC Standard JESD97.
