Note: For best results, tape inventory should be continually replenished. It is recommended that rolls of tape be stored flat and rotated (flipped over to the other side) periodically. Tapes should be stored in a dry, well ventilated room with a reasonably consistent temperature of 68°F (20°C) and be protected from exposure to direct sunlight. Tape should not be stored in ultraviolet sunlight, moisture, or heat. Tape over one year old should be evaluated by the user to determine acceptability for the user's application. Cartons are marked with date code information such as "2 38 05 - 4 125 03 M". In this example, the number after the hyphen "4" signifies the year 2004 and the following 3 digit number "125" signifies the Tape was manufactured of the 125th day of the year.
