3 Scotch ® Foil Tape 3311 Technical Data June, 2007 Product Description Scotch® Foil Tape 3311 is an aluminum alloy foil with a pressure-sensitive adhesive and paper liner. The aggressive rubber adhesive sticks well to most surfaces and the paper liner makes for convenient and reliable use. Shelf Life To obtain best performance, use this product within 12 months from date of manufacture.
