3 3M™ Fibre Optic Connectivity FC-Connectors and Couplings The 3 M FC-Connector product line provides high repeatability and low light loss for premises and telco applications. All 3M connectors and couplings meet the corresponding IEC and CENELEC component or cabling standards. The 3M FC connectors are supplied with a high quality PC or APC finish on zirconium ceramic ferrules. Besides standard epoxy connectors, the 3M FC connectors are available in single-mode and multimode preloaded with Hot Melt adhesive for field terminations in less then two minutes. The 3M FC/PC UHT (Ultra High Temperature) HotMelt connector meets the outdoor specification Telcordia GR-326-CORE. FC-Couplings are available as flanged or D-Mount versions.
