CALCULATING MAXIMUM FREQUENCY
Based on the rise and fall time data given in Table 1 through 5, the maximum frequency the oscillator can operate with
a guaranteed full swing of the output voltage over temperature is calculated as follows:

º Vdd = 1.8V (Table 1)
º Capacitive Load = 30pF
º Desired Tr/f Time: = 3ns (rise/fall time option code “E”)
The Fmax is 66.66666MHz.
