Description
The SLED-56-16639 is a Gallium arsenide infrared
emitter mounted in a side-emitting plastic water clear
non-diffused package. The chip is positioned to direct
the optical energy through the side of the mechanical
axis of the device. The in-line beam angle provides
high on-axis intensity for excellent coupling efficiency.
