connectors at all times exceeds the maximum continuous
bunched rating of the appropriate size wire, or cable of
equivalent temperature rating. This bunched rating is therefore
the determining factor. In the case of mixed loadings, the

combination of ambient temperature plus temperature rise due
to current flow through the contacts, the maximum connector
internal hot spot temperature of 125°C must not be exceeded.
