7. Test information
7.1 Ruggedness in class-AB operation
The BLP8G05S-200 and BLP8G05S-200G are capable of withstanding a load mismatch
corresponding to VSWR = 10 : 1 through all phases under the following conditions:
VDS = 28 V; IDq = 20 mA; PL = 200 W (CW); f = 440 MHz.
