Features
The AOZ1325DI is a P-channel high-side load switch
with slew rates of 1ms. The AOZ1325DI provide an
output discharge circuit to quickly discharge the output
when the switch is disabled.

Low RDS(ON) (250mΩ typical at 1.8V)

Controlled turn-on slew rate: 1ms
