Description and Extent of Change:
Migration from 5-inch to 8-inch IC wafer fab.
Reasons for Change:
5-inch wafer fab equipment obsolescence by IC wafer vendor.
Effect of Change on Fit, Form, Function, Quality, or Reliability:
The device specification will remain the same, which will ensure product electrical performance remains the
same. Appropriate electrical characterization and reliability qualification have been performed on representative
products to insure normal parametric distribution, consistent electrical performance, and reliability.
Effective Date of Change:
Product shipments using this change will begin with date-code starting from 1038 (yyww). However, timing of
shipment of changed part will vary by part number depending on qualification completion, customer demand and
inventory levels.
Qualification Data:
Qualification data has been generated and approved.
