74LVC04A HEX INVERTERS Description Pin Assignments The 74LVC04A provides six independent inverter buffers. The device ( Top View ) is designed for operation with a power supply range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The inputs are tolerant to 5.5V allowing this device to be used in a 1A 1 14 Vcc mixed voltage environment. The device is fully specified for partial 1Y 2 13 6A power down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the 2A 3 12 6Y output preventing damaging current backflow when the device is 2Y 4 11 5A 3A 5 10 5Y 3Y 6 9 4A GND 7 8 4Y powered down.
