Bowin Microelectronics M34-1L SINGLE OUTPUT LED FLASHER IC ______________________________________________________________________________ GENERAL DESCRIPTION The M34 series is a low voltage single output LED flashing controller IC implemented by LSI CMOS technology. With built-in RC oscillator circuit, minimal external components are required. Various flashing frequencies are available for different applications.
