• 宽工作电流范围:45μA(典型值)至 15mA
• 与所有容性负载一起工作时保持稳定;无需输出电
容器
• 工作温度范围:-40°C 至 125°C
LM4040 系列并联电压基准功能多样、易于使用,适合
各种应用。该 2 引脚固定输出器件无需外部电容器即
可运行,与所有容性负载一起工作时也可保持稳定。此
外,该基准具备低动态阻抗、低噪声和低温度系数,可
确保在宽工作电流和温度范围内实现稳定的输出电压。
LM4040 在晶圆筛选期间使用保险丝和齐纳击穿反向击
穿电压修整,以提供四种输出电压容差 - 从最高 0.1%
(A 级)到最高 1%(D 级)。这样设计人员可以非常
灵活地为应用选择具有高性价比的产品。

7 详细说明
7.1 概述
LM4040 是一款经过曲率校正的精密微功耗带隙并联电压基准。LM4040 设计为在“+”引脚和“−”引脚之间无
需连接外部电容器的情况下稳定运行。不过,如果使用了旁路电容器,LM4040 仍可以保持稳定。
LM4040 提 供 多 种 固 定 反 向 击 穿 电 压 : 2.048V 、 2.500V 、 3.000V 、 4.096V 、 5.000V 、 6.000 、 8.192V 和
10.000V。最小工作电流为 60µA(LM4040-N-2.048 和 LM4040-N-2.5)至 100μA(10.0V LM4040)。所有版
本都具有 15mA 的最大工作电流。
您可以购买初始容差为 0.1%、0.2%、0.5% 和 1.0%(在 25°C 条件下)的各种反向电压选件。这些基准选件用 A
(0.1%)、B (0.2%)、C (0.5%) 和 D (1.0%) 表示。
LM4040xxxI 器件的额定工作温度范围为 –40°C 至 85°C;LM4040xxxQ 器件的额定工作温度范围为 –40°C 至
125°C。

7.3 特性说明
温度补偿带隙电压基准用于控制高增益放大器和分流导通元件,从而在阴极和阳极之间保持几乎恒定的电压。稳
压发生在提供最小电流为分压器和放大器供电后。内部频率补偿为所有电容器负载提供稳定的环路。悬空分流器
设计对于正负调节应用都很有用。
7.4 器件功能模式

8.2.2 详细设计过程
在将 LM4040 用作具有基准电压的比较器时,需要确定以下参数:

8.2.2.1 LM4040 电压和精度选择
使用 LM4040 作为 ADC 的基准时,必须确定 ADC 的 FSR(满标量程)、分辨率和 LSB。可以根据下式确定
LSB:
LSB=FSR/(2N-1)
其中 N 是分辨率或位数。FSR 和分辨率可由 ADC 数据表确定。
可以根据下式确定 Vref:
Vref=FSR+LSB
尽管现代数据转换器使用校准技术来补偿由 Vref 的不准确性所引入的任何误差,但请使用可用的最高精度。这是
由于校准方法中的误差,可允许 Vref 的初始精度引入一些非线性。
LM4040x-41 就是一个很好的示例,该器件旨在成为 12 位数据采集系统中所要求的具有成本效益的电压基准。对
于由 5V 电源供电的 12 位系统(请参阅 图 8-1),LM4040A-41(4.096V、0.01%)在包含 4096 个 LSB 的系统
中只引入 4 个 LSB (4mV) 的可能误差。
8.2.2.2 阴极和负载电流
在典型的分流稳压器配置(请参阅图 8-2)中,在电源和 LM4040 的阴极之间连接了一个外部电阻器 RS。必须正
确设置 RS,因为 RS 设置可用于为负载供电 (IL) 和偏置 LM4040 (I Z) 的总电流。在所有情况下,IZ 都必须保持在
指定范围内,才能使基准正常运行。考虑到负载和电源电压变化的一个极端情况(最大 IL 和最小 VS),RS 必须
足够小,以提供稳压器运行所需的最小 IZ,如数据表参数所示。在另一个极端情况下,即使用最大 VS 和最小 IL,
则 RS 必须足够大,才能将 IZ 限制为小于最大额定值 15mA 的电流。
