These are stress ratings only, and functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those indicated under “recommended operating conditions” is not implied. Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability. NOTES: 1. All voltage values, except differential voltages, are with respect to the midpoint between VCC+ and VCC−. 2. Differential voltages are at IN+ with respect to IN−. 3. The magnitude of the input voltage must never exceed the magnitude of the supply voltage or 15 V, whichever is less. 4. The output can be shorted to ground or to either supply. Temperature and/or supply voltages must be limited to ensure that the dissipation rating is not exceeded. 5. Maximum power dissipation is a function of TJ(max), θJA, and TA. The maximum allowable power dissipation at any allowable ambient temperature is PD = (TJ(max) − TA)/θJA. Operating at the absolute maximum TJ of 150°C can impact reliability. 6. The package thermal impedance is calculated in accordance with JESD 51-7. electrical characteristics, VCC± = ±15 V (unless otherwise noted) PARAMETER TEST CONDITIONS VIO Input offset voltage VO = 0 0, RS = 50 Ω aV Temperature coefficient of input offset voltage VO = 0, RS = 50 Ω IO IIO Input offset current‡ VO = 0 TA† MIN 25°C Input bias current‡ VICR Common-mode input voltage range VOM Maximum peak output voltage swing 3 15 20 RL = 10 kΩ RL ≥ 2 kΩ µV/°C 18 5 200 pA 2 nA 30 400 pA 10 nA 25°C ±11 −12 to 15 25°C ±12 ±13.5 Full range RL ≥ 2 kΩ mV 25°C Full range RL ≥ 10 kΩ UNIT Full range Full range VO = 0 VO = ±10 V V, MAX Full range 25°C IIB TYP V ±12 V ±10 ±12 25°C 25 200 Full range 15 AVD Large signal differential voltage amplification Large-signal V/mV B1 Unity-gain bandwidth 25°C 3 ri Input resistance 25°C 1012 Ω CMRR Common-mode rejection ratio VIC = VICRmin, VO = 0, RS = 50 Ω kSVR Supply-voltage rejection ratio (∆VCC±/∆VIO) VCC = ±15 V to ±9 V, VO = 0, RS = 50 Ω 25°C ICC Supply current VO = 0, 25°C 1.4 VO1/VO2 Crosstalk attenuation AVD = 100 25°C 120 No load MHz 25°C 70 86 dB 70 86 dB 2.8 mA dB † All characteristics are measured under open-loop conditions with zero common-mode voltage unless otherwise specified. LIFEBUY: TI has announced that the device will be discontinued, and a lifetime-buy period is in effect. NRND: Not recommended for new designs. Device is in production to support existing customers, but TI does not recommend using this part in a new design. PREVIEW: Device has been announced but is not in production. Samples may or may not be available. OBSOLETE: TI has discontinued the production of the device. (2) Eco Plan - The planned eco-friendly classification: Pb-Free (RoHS), Pb-Free (RoHS Exempt), or Green (RoHS & no Sb/Br) - please check http://www.ti.com/productcontent for the latest availability information and additional product content details. TBD: The Pb-Free/Green conversion plan has not been defined. Pb-Free (RoHS): TI's terms "Lead-Free" or "Pb-Free" mean semiconductor products that are compatible with the current RoHS requirements for all 6 substances, including the requirement that lead not exceed 0.1% by weight in homogeneous materials. Where designed to be soldered at high temperatures, TI Pb-Free products are suitable for use in specified lead-free processes. Pb-Free (RoHS Exempt): This component has a RoHS exemption for either 1) lead-based flip-chip solder bumps used between the die and package, or 2) lead-based die adhesive used between the die and leadframe. The component is otherwise considered Pb-Free (RoHS compatible) as defined above. Green (RoHS & no Sb/Br): TI defines "Green" to mean Pb-Free (RoHS compatible), and free of Bromine (Br) and Antimony (Sb) based flame retardants (Br or Sb do not exceed 0.1% by weight in homogeneous material) (3) MSL, Peak Temp. - The Moisture Sensitivity Level rating according to the JEDEC industry standard classifications, and peak solder temperature. (4) There may be additional marking, which relates to the logo, the lot trace code information, or the environmental category on the device. (5) Multiple Device Markings will be inside parentheses. Only one Device Marking contained in parentheses and separated by a "~" will appear on a device. If a line is indented then it is a continuation of the previous line and the two combined represent the entire Device Marking for that device. (6) Lead/Ball Finish - Orderable Devices may have multiple material finish options. Finish options are separated by a vertical ruled line. Lead/Ball Finish values may wrap to two lines if the finish value exceeds the maximum column width.
