DESCRIPTION: The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMLM0708A is a Multi Discrete Module™ consisting of complementary N-Channel and P-Channel Enhancement-mode MOSFETS packaged in a space saving PICOmini™ SOT-563 case.
