To follow Everlight company strategy, we will use halogen free epoxy instead of original epoxy on HIR/ALS lamp series since Sep/1/2014. For HIR lamp series, silicone will be added between chip and epoxy for reliability issue. 2. There is no impact on electrical and optical specification which compared to the existing product, and part number will not be changed. 3. This PCN is based on the ECR000036683 and ECR000041173 which is following Everlight’s internal and formal process.
