GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The FSP2114 is a high performance low dropout voltage regulator designed for portable applications with low quiescent current and low dropout voltage. The FSP2114 has a typical current limit of 400mA and is capable of delivering up to 250mA output current. It is available in output voltages from 1.5V to 4V in 50mV increments. It features current limit with fold-back in short circuit. The FSP2114 is available in SOT23-3L and SOT89-3L packages. These products are ideal for portable information devices, cellular phones, and other battery powered applications.
