Transient Voltage Suppression Diodes Surface Mount – 600W > SMA6L series SMA6L Series RoHS Pb e3 Description Uni-directional The SMA6L series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The SMA6L low profile package has the same power performance as the SMB package but with lowest height profiles (1.1mm) in the industry.
