The current supplier for this component has issued a lasttime buy with a finite supply. This change will take effect late in the third quarter of 2011. Honeywell S&C has already started the process to qualify alternative suppliers. The actual implementation date of the new suppliers is dependent on the depletion rate of the component with the current supplier. We have a team managing and tracking this project closely to ensure an uninterrupted supply to our customers. The change of supplier will not affect the product specification. Exterior dimensions and performance characteristics specified on the product data sheet remain unchanged. Honeywell S&C has a strong tradition of delivering cost-effective sensing solutions with uncompromising quality. We employ Six Sigma processes and we hold our suppliers to high standards. Our quality procedures require us to qualify a product or a supplier through rigorous testing. Honeywell S&C knows that many of our products are used in critical applications. We do not anticipate the above-mentioned change will affect form, fit or function, and we are continuing with qualification testing to confirm that.
