Assembly Instructions FLEXAquick
Please note the following in order
to attain protective System IP 67
acc. to EN 60529/IEC 529
Parting of protective System
Cut the corrugated tubing
ROHRflex -PA with a knife in the
valley of a wave.
More than one wave should not be
passed while cutting the tubing.
Assembly
Tubing and screw connection must be
assembled to the cutting tubing side.
Push the connector into the tubing until
it cannot snap-in any longer and the
connector can only be turned with
power.
The relieved corrugated tubing pushes
the claws of the snap-in-sleeve into the
valley of the wave, this means an exact
closing of the connection.
Simply push in.
Dismounting
Press the ring of the snap-in-sleeve to
the connector case, then pull the tubing
out or the connector from the tubing.
The connection is ready for use again.
Quick disconnect without tools.
Press ring to the housing and pull off.

flame retarding. V2 (V0) according
UL 94. For favorable material properties
of the polyamide, we recommend
storage of ROHRflex tubings under
the following conditions:
Storing temperature: 20°C ± 5°C
Air humidity: 55 up to 75%
