Introducing
Industrial Mini I/O connector
The Industrial Mini I/O connector system is a small, compact, latching, wire-to-board
I/O interface that is now also available as a vertical version, enabling you to safely and
reliably connect in all angles. TE’s Industrial Mini I/O solution allows you to save up to
75 percent of space compared to conventional RJ45 plugs, giving you the flexibility to
use your limited space on the PCB more efficiently.
Reliable connections
Designed with two points of contact, this connector is built for the stringent demands
of an industrial and high vibration environment, enabling increased productivity
through a reliable connection. The compact latching feature provides a high retention
force of up to 98 N which protects the plug from accidental pull and unmating,
reducing downtime, unstable connections and unnecessary consequential losses.
Available in 2 polarized versions to prevent mismating, the Industrial Mini I/O
connector is easy to connect. It is most commonly used as an RJ45 replacement, and
the newly available vertical version allows for even more connection opportunities.
