The open knit weave allows it to conform closely to substrates. Features:       Tinned copper conductors Compatible with power cable insulations Elongates easily to conform to irregular substrates Owing to its construction the tape interlocks with the preceding layer providing a tight wrap (no solder bead is required). Stable at elevated temperature Oil resistant Applications:   Provides shielding for cable joints on shielded power cables. Makes the conductive portion of the stress cone on power cable terminations.
