PRODUCT CHANGE NOTICE Inner Barcode Label Format Change for Packing and Shipment of Intersil Products Refer to: PCN12064 Date: August 8, 2012 August 8, 2012 To: Our Valued Intersil Customer Subject: Inner Barcode Label Format Change for Packing and Shipment of Intersil Products This notice is to inform you that Intersil is changing the barcode label format of the inner label used for packing and shipment of product. The inner barcode label will change from the standard 1D (code 39) to the standard 2D (data matrix) format. Examples of the current and new labels are contained on the following pages. There will be no changes to the outer most (i.e. carton) shipping label. Intersil will take all necessary actions to conform to agreed upon customer requirements and to ensure the continued high quality and reliability of Intersil products being supplied. Customers may expect to receive product shipments incorporating the use of 2D barcode label beginning ninety days from the date of this notification or upon depletion of existing inventory. If you have concerns with this change notice, Intersil must hear from you promptly.
