Huajing Discrete Devices Silicon N-Channel R ○ Power MOSFET CS5N60 A8H General Description: 600 V ID 5 A VDMOSFETs, is obtained by the self-aligned planar Technology PD(TC=25℃) 85 W which reduce the conduction loss, improve switching RDS(ON)Typ 1.4 Ω CS5N60 A8H, the silicon VDSS N-channel Enhanced performance and enhance the avalanche energy. The transistor can be used in various power switching circuit for system miniaturization and higher efficiency. The package form is TO-220AB, which accords with the RoHS standard.
