The Blue source color devices are made with InGaN

on SiC Light Emitting Diode.
z IDEAL FOR BACKLIGHT AND INDICATOR.
The Hyper Red source color devices are made with DH
z VARIOUS COLORS AND LENS TYPES AVAILABLE.
InGaAlP on GaAs substrate Light Emitting Diode.

The Green source color devices are made with InGaN on
z MOISTURE SENSITIVITY LEVEL : LEVEL 3.
G-SiC Light Emitting Diode.
