Q factor >2000 @ 1MHz Insulation Resistance (IR) 100G or 1000secs (whichever is less) An extended operating temperature range of -55ºC to +150ºC accommodates modern high density microelectronics requirements, while AEC-Q200 qualification makes these parts ideal for modern automotive applications such as on board WiFi networks and 5G systems.
