1) Suffix 'A ' denotes 5% tolerance device,no suffix denotes 10 % tolerance device. 2) Add suffix 'C 'or ' CA ' after part number to specify Bi-directional devices. 3) For Bi-Directional devices having VR of 10 volts and under, the IR limit is double . 4) For Uni-directional devices VF max=3.5v at if=35 A ,0.5 sine wave of 8.3 msec .pulse width.
