Voltage Sensitive Relays WILMAR™ Protective Relays – WOUVT Series, Over/Undervoltage Function: 27/59 • ANSI/IEEE C37.90-1978 Voltage sensitive relays are available for both AC and DC applications for overvoltage and undervoltage protection. Combination over/undervoltage relays provide band-pass capabilities. AC relays are either single or three-phase type. Three phase relays are designed to sense the average of the three phases. Voltage trip points are screwdriver adjustable, and operation is time-delayed so that momentary voltage transients will not cause nuisance tripping. Clockwise rotation of the voltage adjustment potentiometer will raise the voltage trip point. 3.
