Microsemi DPG (Power Discretes & Modules Business Unit) January 2017 Subject: ECN#17-018: Product Termination Notification (Thyristor modules) Your company has Critical Process Change Notification requirements on products that you buy from MICROSEMI directly or through MICROSEMI distribution channel. This letter has been issued to inform you about product termination. Description: Microsemi is announcing the discontinuance of select products that are currently being offered by Microsemi Discrete Product Group (DPG) (Power Discretes & Modules Business Unit). The products affected by this PDN are being discontinued and will no longer be available from Microsemi. These parts will be removed from our next price book and from our upcoming catalog. Associated data sheets shall be removed from the website in a very short time as well. Reason for Discontinuance: The reason for the obsolescence of these products is due to Discontinuance notification from Microsemi Shanghai Business Unit. Replacement Parts: There are no Microsemi direct or close replacement parts for these devices. Last Order Date: February 24, 2017 Last Shipment Date: June 30, 2017 Orders already placed with delivery dates beyond June 30, 2017 will be pulled to be shipped by June 30, 2017.
