EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, MOLEX MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRODUCTS. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
