MP6412 Ultra-Low IQ Load-Switch Controller with RESET Timer DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP6412 is a load-switch controller used to turn the main-power P-channel MOSFET on and off. The MP6412 has a 2.2V to 12V operating input voltage range. The MP6412 is a space-saving solution for smartphones, tablets, and other portable device applications.         The MP6412 is equipped with reset and power sequence functions with a factoryprogrammable delay timer. The reset and power sequence are controlled by the RST0/RST1 and OFF signals. The MP6412 also has a system discharge path, shipping mode and charger insert detection feature.
