WSN802G E-Series Wi-Fi Radio Module Enterprise Security Features 2.4 GHz Low Power Wi-Fi Radio Module Overview The WSN802G E-Series are a low cost pre-certified WiFi 2.4 GHz radio transceiver modules with a comprehensive set of enterprise security features that enables the radio modules to be used easily in applications which require enterprise security when interfacing to corporate Wi-Fi networks, enabling robust encryption, authentication and security protection. The WSN802 Eseries radio modules interface seamlessly to existing Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n network infrastructure. The WSN802G E-series modules are ideal for applications that enable devices, machines and other systems to connect directly to the internet for a broad range of machine to machine (M2M) applications including medical, industrial controls, commercial automation and many others areas where enterprise secured Wi-Fi is a must. With Wi-Fi to serial transmission, any unformatted data is transparently sent via the serial interface over the Wi-Fi network to a fixed IP address / port and vice versa, without the need for any additional formatting.
