Then, when absorption of moisture proceeds, the color of indicators in the silica gel changes from blue to pink, which must be paid much attention. After the aluminum-laminated bag is opened, absorption of moisture of the products proceeds quickly, which is likely to cause characteristic defects due to thermal stress generated during the re-flowing process in the worst case. If the temperature is higher, apply in a shorter time (1 s per 10 ℃). 2) はんだごては温 度 コントロ−ル付 きのものを使 用 される事 を推 奨 いたします。 The iron equipped with temperature control circuit should be used. 3) はんだ付 け時 、パッケージとリード端 子 部 に機 械 的 ストレスが加 わらないようにご配 慮 ください。 特 に、コテ先 をパッケージとリード端 子 部 に接 触 させないでください。過 度 ストレスが加 わると素 子 の破 壊 が 発 生 する可 能 性 があります。 Do not give stress to lead or resin when soldering. Especially do not let iron contact with them. LED chip will be damaged and broken by extreme stress. 4) はんだ付 け直 後 に製 品 の取 り付 け修 正 、基 板 の反 り修 正 を行 った場 合 も同 様 です。 Also after manual soldering Iron, care should be taken when adjust installation and adjust bend of PWBs. 5) 修 正 に際 し、一 旦 はんだ付 けした LED を基 板 から取 り外 して、再 使 用 することは避 けてください。 LED which was removed from PWBs should not be used again ［静 電 気 に対 する取 り扱 い/Static electricity］ 本 LED は耐 静 電 気 に関 し敏 感 な素 子 であり、その取 り扱 いには十 分 な注 意 が必 要 になります。 特 に LED 絶 対 最 大 定 格 を超 えるような過 電 圧 などが入 った場 合 、そのエネルギーによって LED にダメージ を与 えます。組 立 ラインの構 築 および、工 程 途 中 の LED 取 り扱 い時 に万 全 なる静 電 気 対 策 ・サージ対 策 を おとりください。 ＊素 子 耐 圧 レベル以 上 の電 圧 およびサージ電 圧 が加 わらない様 に下 記 対 策 をおとりください。 This LED is sensitive to static electricity and care should be fully taken in handing it. As proactive measures against static electricity, it is effective to earth your body (via 1 MΩ), Spread conductive mat on the floor, wear semi conductive work uniform and shoes and use semi conductive containers. Also, be sure to earth the nose of a soldering iron. The resin is softened by heating and strength of resin becomes weak, different from that of other SMD’s. So you should keep products from shocking on resin side, especially soldering process and using by soldering irons.
