The lead pitch is 2.54 mm. They are designed for interfacing between electronic controls and power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads for 115 V/240 V operations. The 39 W resistor and 0.01 mF capacitor are for snubbing of the trisc, and the 470 W resistor and 0.05 mF capacitor are for snubbing the coupler.
