Wire Stripping and Crimping Device CLIPLINE Data Sheet © PHOENIX CONTACT - 04/2006 Description The CF 1000 can be used to: – fully automatically strip wires or to – fully automatically strip wires and crimp ferrules to the wires. Flexible wires of classes 2, 5 and 6 in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 and ferrules as material in bulk in accordance with DIN 46228-4 are processed. The automatic stripping and crimping device is electropneumatically controlled by a microprocessor. The CF 1000 is available in 120 V or 230 V design. Thanks to short cycle times and the easy replacement of dies with different cross sections, the CF 1000 is also suitable for use in workshops as well as in complex cable assembly systems.
