co s. nt in ec COMBICON Select om po ne The reflow-capable PCB spring-cage terminal block is based on the track-proven angled "desk" form of the ZFKDS 2,5 family and can be combined by series connection of the individual terminal blocks for the required number of positions. Components can be mounted and soldered on the blocked article with conventional SMT manufacturing equipment. A wide intake area permits processing with conventional suction pipettes. Additional ribs prevent contact between the housing and solder paste whilst mounting components and at the same time ensure good heat transfer in the soldering oven. The ZFKDS 2,5-5,08 THT is available with a 5.08 mm pitch. It has solder pins from the standard range and, in combination with through-contacted holes, reaches a high degree of mechanical stability that has proven its worth in the THR process.
