Description of Change: Powerex will be discontinuing the production of the POW-R-BRIK™ product line. An opportunity for a last time buy (LTB) will be offered. There are no plans to offer a replacement product. Reason for Change: This product type does not meet our requirements for the long term objectives for Powerex manufacturing. Identification of Change: This section is not applicable. A replacement product will not be offered. Time Schedule for Change: Powerex will complete the balance of open orders as scheduled.
