1SD418F2 Data Sheet 1SD418F2-CM1200HB-66H Single-Channel SCALE Plug-and-Play IGBT Driver Ultra-compact, high-performance driver for 2-level, 3-level and multilevel converters Abstract The SCALE plug-and-play driver 1SD418F2-CM1200HB-66H is an ultracompact single-channel intelligent gate driver designed for Mitsubishi’s highvoltage IGBTs of type CM1200HB-66H. The driver features a fiber-optic interface, a built-in DC/DC power supply and a selectable operating mode via a jumper.
