1SD418F2 Data Sheet 1SD418F2-FZ1500R25KF1 Single-Channel SCALE Plug-and-Play IGBT Driver Ultra compact, high performance driver for 2-level, 3-level, and multilevel converters Abstract The SCALE HVI 1SD418F2-FZ1500R25KF1 is an ultra compact single-channel intelligent gate driver designed for Infineon’s high-voltage IGBTs type FZ1500R25KF1. The driver features a fiber optic interface, a built-in DC/DC power supply, and selectable operation mode via jumper.
