No general equation can be given for calculating the trim resistors, but the following trimtables give typical values for choosing these trimming resistors. If voltages between the given trim points are required, extrapolate between the two nearest given values to work out the resistor required or use a variable resistor to set the output voltage. Output can be externally trimmed by using the method shown below.
