Mode setup method Signal CNVss P41 RESET SCLK Value 4.5 to 5.5V Vss *3 Vss Vcc Vss * 1: Connect oscillator circuit. * 2: Connect to Vcc when Vcc = 4.5V to 5.5V. Connect to Vpp (= 4.5V to 5.5V) when Vcc = 2.7V to 4.5V. * 3: It is necessary to apply Vcc only when reset is released.
