R1150H Series 90mA to 150mA 24V Input Low Supply Current VR with VD The R1150H Series are CMOS-based 24V input voltage regulators featuring 90mA to 150mA output. R1150H with a built-in voltage detector is available in four versions. The differences between these versions are in CE pin, points to be detected, and output delay time.
