RP150K Series
Dual 300mA LDO
The RP150K Series are CMOS-based dual output LDO regulators featuring 300mA output. RP150K features supply current as low as
24μA per output, which is substantially lower compared to existing lines. Due to a built-in 0.7Ω (at VSET=2.8V) on-resistor, RP150K can
provide a low dropout voltage. RP150K also features an excellent line transient response, ripple rejection at 80dB, and low noise. The
output voltage accuracy is as high as ± 1% and the temperature drift coefficient of output voltage is low at ± 30ppm/°C. RP150K is
mounted on DFN(PLP)2020-8 package, which contributes to the space-saving design of set.
