Power Management ICs for Automotive Body Control Regulator with Voltage Detector and Watchdog Timer BD3021HFP-M ●Description BD3021HFP-M is a regulator IC with integrated WDT (Watch Dog Timer), high output voltage accuracy ±2.0% and 80µA (Typ.) low circuit current consumption. BD3021HFP-M supports usage of low ESR ceramic capacitor for output stability.
